Nesting Base
Posted on | January 10, 2012 | No Comments
Much to the happiness of my backyard flock of hens, I just took delivery of a new Nesting Base that I got from an online chicken coop store called DIY Chicken Coops. Not all blogs focused on science fair projects take the time to talk about products related to chicken supplies. But, this is not your typical science fair project ideas blog, is it? Some might say that the reason you visited my blog Cool Science Experiment is because of how my content ranges from waterers all the way to science experiments. DIY Chicken Coops has a decent offering of chicken supplies items for sale. I was able to focus in on a new Nesting Base, which was only 2.95.
The Nesting Base product description is:
- When combined with a 1 gallon nesting jar (sold separately), this waterer is great for small to medium sized flocks, and it is specially designed for dense storage when not in use
You should visit DIY Chicken Coops to get the full scoop on this chicken supplies. I appreciated that your interest in reading about science fair projects topics may not necessarily align with my chicken raising hobby or desire to buy waterers and ground waterers toys for my backyard, but hopefully you get why fresh eggs and products like Nesting Base make me happy!
Here is a little picture of my new chicken supplies
Not bad for only 2.95, right? Please let me know if any of you science experiments and science fair projects experts out there share my passion for raising backyard chickens. It would be great to have you as a contributor to Cool Science Experiment. The hard part may be as simple as having to select which waterers you want for your yard. I browsed the ground waterers selection for a while before landing on my Nesting Base purchase decision. The whole site is at your disposal here: chicken supplies. I would suggest checking out all of their chicken supplies sub categories because they really do have a wide range of ground waterers options for you back yard flock of egg layers.
I love how diverse this chicken supplies topic is when compared to our normal science fair projects fare, but I would probably be remiss not to admit that the next Cool Science Experiment post will be back on topic. Something related to science fair project ideas is in your future! Maybe hearing me jabber on about a new Nesting Base purchase is not typical for my blog Cool Science Experiment, but both my hens and I appreciate your time!
